Metallica Tickets Collection: The European leg of the By Request Tour 2014

The European leg of the Metallica By Request Tour include 17 gigs divided into two parts. Most of the tickets You see below are from my Friends: Piotr, Kasia, Michał, Richard, Alex and Mike. Thank You very much.

This part of the Tour will be for me remembered because of few facts:

A concert in Helsinki (Finland), during which band played for the first time in the history The Frayed Ends on Sanity from the album ... And Justice For All. Even bad weather was not able to overshadow the show.
Two fastest sold out concerts on the Tour: Horsens (Denmark) where the band played for the second time in prison, and Hamburg (Germany) where in my opinion was the best lineup.
Metallica performance at Glastonbury Festival. It was probably the biggest surprise not only for Metallica fans but I think mainly for Glastonbury Festival regulars. Tickets for the festival were sold out about half a year before the announcement of the Metallica concert, and due to the fact that they were registered they can not be resold. Because Glastonbury is definitely not "heavy" festival, more like hippie-alternative, there were not too many Metallica fans. The atmosphere heated the protests against Metallica at the festival. Band in an appropriate way referred to these events - they made a short film with a message boils down to a short and emphatic - Fuck Off. It is worth mentioning that was a record-breaking concert at the festival this year when it comes to the number of people.
Warsaw, it’s not because it’s my hometown (more has been described here [Warsaw 2014 home sweet home]) but also Metallica played during one concert two instrumental tracks Orion and The Call of Ktulu. This was first Metallica concert with two instrumentals since February 7’1985 when they played Anesthesia and The Call of Ktulu.
